Step right forward, Kick left forward,swinging the leg and leaning the body backward & swinging your arms

Step left back, Kick right back swinging the leg and leaning the body forward & swinging your arms

Option : During cross & cross, push your palms one after the other towards the ground at the same time as you go up and down your shoulders
