Touch right toe beside left, touch right heel beside left, stomp right foot forward.

Touch left toe beside right, touch left heel beside right, stomp left foot forward.

Rock right foot to right side, recover weight to left foot and stomp right beside left.

Rock left foot to left side, recover weight to right foot and stomp left beside right.

Step right foot forward, lock left foot behind right, step forward on right and scuff left.

Step left foot forward, lock right foot behind left, step forward on left and touch right.
