What is a RICK ROLL?

Because I loved this Rick James track and with a variety of "roll" moves, the trendy term seemed fitting.
Just to have a little fun, don't be surprised if you get a Rick Astley song swap by the DJ.
Can't remember the steps of that Intermediate dance playing? Just RICK ROLL the dance floor and do something different by using this as a floor-split.
